Everything about Delaware Lottery totally explained

The Delaware Lottery is run by the state of Delaware. Its games include Powerball, which is the flagship game of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). It is one of a few states with video lottery, and one of only three with the VLT game Cashola, also part of MUSL. Its other games include Play 3 and Play 4, which are typical daily numbers games.
On Monday, January 28, 2008, Delaware became the 13th, and latest, member of MUSL's secondary jackpot game, Hot Lotto. It includes the "Sizzler" option, which began a few weeks earlier.
Delaware is one of only four states where wagering on sports is legal, although its lottery hasn't officially permitted such betting since the 1970s. However, a bill has been introduced that would again make legal sports betting a reality, beginning on or after February 1, 2009, after Delaware's current governor leaves office.
The minimum age to play is 18, except for video lottery (21).
